We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to diagnose technical problems, to administer the Services, for product development and testing, for backup/recovery purposes, to improve the quality and types of Services delivered, to analyze the usage and customize the content and/or advertising appropriately, and/or to market/validate services and products offered.
When We Share Personally Identifiable Information
We only share your Personally Identifiable Information with other companies or individuals in limited circumstances. We may provide products or services jointly with certain merchants and retail businesses. We may share your Personal Information with these merchants and retail businesses to help them deliver to you purchased goods and services, provide you better service and measure our program’s value. Updating and Correcting Information

Users may change any of their Personal Information by logging into their account and accessing the “Account” section of the Site. We encourage users to update their Personally Identifiable Information as soon as it changes. We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on the Site. In addition, in may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we periodically backup information.
User Choices on Collection and Use of Information
You can always choose not to provide information, although it may be required to engage in a certain activity on the Site. As a condition of purchase of our products and services, we will send you transactional and promotional emails. We will send you information regarding your account activity and purchases as well as updates about our products and promotional offers. You cannot opt-out of transactional emails. Transactional emails relate to a user’s activity on the Site, and include emails regarding a particular user’s account, requests or inquiries, and purchases of products and services. In contrast to transactional emails, however, you do have a choice with respect to promotional emails. Minors
Persons under thirteen (13) years of age are not permitted to access the Site. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from such individuals. If we learn we have collected Personally Identifiable Information of a child under 13 years of age we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.
California Residents Privacy Rights
Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (1) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties' direct marketing purposes, and (2) the names and addresses of all such third parties. Facebook Connect
The CouponMob™ site allows users to access Facebook Connect to share with friends on Facebook through Wall and friends’ News Feeds. By clicking on “Connect with Facebook” on our Site, you grant CouponMob™ access to your Facebook profile and the personal information contained therein, such as your name, zip code and email address. If you are currently a CouponMob™ user and you click “Sign in Using Facebook” you will first be asked to enter your Facebook credentials. By proceeding you allow the CouponMob™ Site to access any information that has not already been collected by CouponMob™ from Facebook.
If you are not a registered CouponMob™ user and you click “Sign in Using Facebook” you will first be asked to enter your Facebook credentials and then be given the option to register and join CouponMob™. Once you register with CouponMob™ and Connect with Facebook, you will be able to automatically post recent activity back to Facebook You have the option to disable Facebook Connect at any time by logging into your CouponMob™ account and clicking the “unlink Facebook” button and Facebook data will be removed from your CouponMob™ profile (except for your email address).
