As CouponMob CEO, Michael Cashion oversees the big picture, often sketched out in elaborately scribbled diagrams on a giant whiteboard facing his desk. He's the visionary who sets and executes strategic, operational and revenue goals. A veteran in the online performance-marketing space, Cashion has founded several industry-leading businesses. In addition to CouponMob, he is also a co-founder and president of Flypaper Media Holdings, LLC, the holding company for CouponMob, as well as its sibling companies: PartnerData and LFM Network. Today Flypaper's businesses have working relationships with more than 250 national retailers and merchants, linking them with millions of high-quality customers.
Cashion's startup experience dates back to 1995. Fresh out of Southern Methodist University with a B.S. in Economics, he worked in the healthcare and insurance industries before he helped create telecommunications startup T3. A year later, The Signature Group, an $800 million direct-marketing firm, acquired T3, installing Cashion as vice president of Signature's new business unit.
In 1998, Cashion became vice president of business development at Performics, an Internet performance-marketing firm that had launched that year. By the end of his tenure, the firm had more than 100 employees, 50 clients and about $9 million in venture capital. Performics was acquired by DoubleClick in 2004, and then subsequently by Google.

Mark Cashion is an accomplished business strategist, rounding out the PartnerData executive team with more than 12 years of hands-on experience advising both public and private sector clients at the executive and board levels in myriad industries. He worked directly with Drs. Robert Kaplan and David Norton and is an industry expert in the design and implementation of strategic management frameworks. Mark works with all business units in the PartnerData family to drive the strategic management approach, ensuring the organization is actively driving and adapting its strategy and execution capabilities to best optimize resources and talent to maximize value.
Most recently as the managing director of Valesco Consulting, Mark identified and drove strategy formulation and execution, organization alignment, and executive coaching initiatives for key clients including Kiwibank, the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, Syngenta, Thai Airways and the Government of Botswana. His efforts earned three of his clients a place in the Palladium Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy in each year between 2009 and 2011.
Mark's management experience began with Unilever Home and Personal Care USA, where he held roles in sales and national account management functions. From Unilever, Mark joined the Palladium Group's Asia-Pacific office, where he led the Training Practice group for more than three years.
Mark earned an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and completed his undergraduate studies with a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications at Southern Methodist University.
"Sticks"
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Fleming provides overall direction and guidance for CouponMob. He maximizes growth and profitability while leading and managing all operations functions. An experienced executive in consumer goods and technology, Fleming has a proven track record of commercializing new technologies and services including e-commerce, supply chain management, enterprise software and systems integration solutions.
Prior to joining the CouponMob team, Fleming was the Senior Vice President, Product Delivery and Portfolio Management at Agentrics, LLC, an international B2B exchange serving the retail e-marketplace.
Fleming's opportunity at Agentrics was preceded by his role of President and COO of Transora, where he was responsible for global technology and operations functions including product development, product management, marketing, business development, sales and implementation services. Earlier in his career, Fleming also held the roles of VP of Global Product Marketing at Kewill Systems, a European ecommerce supply chain management solution provider, and Director of International Marketing at Sterling Commerce, an ecommerce software, services and systems integration corporation.
Born in Scotland, Fleming emigrated to Canada and later became a Canadian citizen in 1990. During his career, he spent four years in Dusseldorf, Germany and four years in London, England. He is a much sought-after speaker in the areas of electronic commerce, supply chain management, procurement and systems integration best practices.
"The Compass"
Greg Smith brings 11 years of experience in the online, performance marketing space to his role as the Vice President of Operations for CouponMob. Prior to joining CouponMob, Greg was the Vice President of Lead Generation for CouponMob's sister company, PartnerData.
Before Greg's tenure with the Flypaper Media Holdings family, he served as the Director of Business Development at Performics, where he focused on strategic advertiser and publisher account acquisition and growth. In this role, Greg oversaw the implementation of online customer acquisition marketing programs for major brand name retailers and catalogers such as Target and L.L. Bean. He was also instrumental in helping the company become one of the fastest-growing online publisher networks in the industry.
Greg graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in International Government.
"Key Puncher"
As Vice President, Development, Clint Ruch oversees the IT infrastructure of CouponMob. His role includes designing and implementing technology solutions to evolve CouponMob platforms and products in accordance with the company's objectives. He is also responsible for overseeing software development within CouponMob's technology department.
Clint formerly served as Team Leader of Critical Systems at L90, Inc., an online advertising network company based out of Los Angeles. While at L90, Clint redesigned their statistical analysis and reporting infrastructure as well as led web development on the company's flagship product, AdMonitor, a turnkey banner-ad serving solution for websites responsible for serving more than a million ads per month.
Additionally, Clint was the lead developer and manager of the development group for Big City Technology, a full service data management and email marketing publishing company based out of Chicago.
Clint graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in the Computer Information Systems curriculum.
"Medium Tuna"
Jeff leads CouponMob's Product Development Group, where flexibility and quick decision-making count. "Every day, I have to give birth to fifty ideas and kill two hundred," Jeff says. "That's why I have two lattes every day before checking in. I don't have a problem; I can quit any time."
Prior to joining the Mob, Jeff's most recent experience is with DoubleClick Performics, where he headed up Product Development for their search agency business. He managed the technology road map, and led the technical transition during the DoubleClick-Google-Publicis acquisition process for Performics.
Before his time with DoubleClick, Jeff served as Director of Data Management for ConsumerGuide.com, where his team built publishing sytems for car and consumer product review content, and multi-channel online marketing management systems for their suite of web sites. Prior to that, Jeff managed the build and launch of content management systems for Thomson Financial and Read Business Information.
